Fortunately, no rim damage. I wouldn’t even bother telling PennDOT cause that’s the response I’d expect.

Oh, well, new tire will be here Monday. Discount Tire Direct ro\>\<ors. Glad I ponied up for the replacement certificates;free new tire/free shipping/$10.50 for the new tire’s roadhazard… It’d suck to lose a tire with under 800 miles on it.
