yea the biggest beef i got with drivers from all ages, is the inability to MERGE MERGE !!! no one seems to know how to merge !!! thats all i got to say, read all the stories, some good ones ! ---

This bothers me too. How are you ‘supposed’ to merge? I actually got one question wrong on my permit test because I said people merging onto a highway should try to get up to speed of traffic while still on the ramp so their merge is more seemless. Turns out the answer was that if traffic does not allow you to merge right away, you are to STOP (on the highway basically) and wait for an opening. That sounds f’in dangerous to me and I don’t it to this day. ---

That always seemed backwards to me too, it seems way more dangerous to try and floor it to 65 to try and get in an opening than to just be at 50 on the on ramp and shoot for the hole. :lol ---

nah, they need to modify that rule. if ur car has no power, your ass sits on the side waiting for an opening, if youve got power in ur car, g’ahead and accelerate and merge :nod ---

Hahah. That’d be funny to see a bunch of Kia’s and stuff backed up on the ramp and a bunch of 200HP+ V6’s passing them to merge. ---
