Strange problem appeared tonight with me Silvia. My seatbelt will pull out and stay locked however far out you pull it. But when I shut the car off it reels back in perfectly. Any ideas?

unplug the sensor under the seat. It is attached to the buckel. Do that and all your problems will go away.

Yeah I had the same problem in my 180, and I’ve heard of it with other peoples cars. Must be a problem with the automatic retracter on these nissans. I unplugged it and it solved it.

HA! I didn’t know you could just unplug… I always had to un-click my seat belt every time i wanted it to retract.

One year of clicking my seat-belt 20 times while driving…
