**SO THERE IS NO CONFUSION, THIS IS ANDY FROM SWERVE AND THE SHOP I’M RENTING SPACE IN IS MY PERSONAL SHOP. THIS IS NOT FOR SPACE AT SWERVE ON WALDEN SO PLEASE DON’T GO WASTING PAULS TIME ASKING HIM QUESTIONS ABOUT MY SHOP.** Due to unforseen circumstances, one of my shop partners must step out for a while ASAP. I’m looking for a replacement for at least a 6 month commitment. What you get: 24 hour access and workability to a secured and fully equipped shop. This space is currently being shared by myself and my brother. We have had 4 people in this shop before and got along very well sharing resources within the shop. I’ll go into much further detail of all this and how things work when there is interest/inquiry. Shop equiptment you will have shared access to includes: Lift, Mig welder, Tig welder, 2WD Chassis Dyno(personal use only, you aren’t running a tuning shop with equiptment that’s not yours), shop press, large array of hand and air tools, assorted automotive specialty tools, Powdercoating equiptment and oven, sandblasting cabinet, drill press, mini vertical milling machine. Shop Luxories: office, fridge, freezer, bathroom, shower, propane grill, microwave, coffee maker, toaster over, stereo throughout the shop, slop sink for clean-up. Utilities include: water, electric, gas heater (very efficient + cheap to run…we set it to 62 during winter), telephone, monitored security system. All utilities get split evenly monthly between all shop partners and will typically range between $70-$110 a month per person. You’ll receive space in shop for 1 stored vehicle, and 1-2 vehicles/trailer outside of the shop. We all share the lift and other bays constantly and have very few conflicts because we usually have pretty set schedules when we work there so it’s pretty easy to manage. This shop is meant for personal use. We aren’t looking for partners trying to jump start their mechanics career. Small side jobs here and there to make ends meet is fine (brake jobs, simple repair). Depending on interest/inquiries I’m considering taking on 2 more partners to lower rent and utilities for everyone but that would depend on how much stuff/space/usage one takes up. We’ve had 4 working partners in this shop pretty much the whole time with zero issues, however 2 of them did not store cars inside with the exception of short time projects they were working on. Price: $325 monthly plus utilities and consumables. Yes this is a rediculous deal. You could allways rent out the dyno to offset costs. ---

Thank you guys. I’m pretty confident at this pricepoint I should be able to find people(s) to keep this place alive. Considering what it cost to even store a car for winter indoors these days. Having access to a full blown shop for this much is not something that comes along pretty much ever in someones lifetime. It was a hard committment for me to first get into on having a shop(becuase I’m cheap), but now that I have one I can’t imagine ever not having one. ---
