They are beer leagues not professional leagues There is different levels of league play within Ande’s and Lynn’s. I believe both have 2 comp leagues and 1 rec league under their name. At least Lynn’s does IIRC. We played in the rec. league and some of those teams were good. They’d give you a run for your money even with a team full of decent ball players (which seems like Shift would be). The A and B sub-leagues are a bunch of DIII, DII level players for the most part. Good luck. Genius. EDIT: Lynn’s has 1 rec league with 4 divisions and 1 comp league. Ande’s is most likely very similar. ---

I’m usually the pitcher because I have a little bit of ball control and even if I got the batter to pop-up or ground, my f’in gloves couldn’t do shit with what I gave them. My ERA was like 7 but we were losing games like 30-5 thanks to errors lol. We won 1 game. ---

Yea alot of these teams take it real serious and dont follow the rules when it comes to pitching. We’ve played some teams with legit college baseball players and softball players which makes the game no fun when you are a rookie like my self ---

lets just do our own whiffle ball league. get some teams of 5 or 6, set up two lawn chairs for the strike zone. and do our own thing. that way its just shift518. or get down on a gym rental for the winter and do a basketball rec night or something like that. or lets get together and get a football game going. ---

I’d play basketball for sure, but I have generative disc disease (L4-5, L5-S1), so I’d only last about 20-25 minutes before my back would put me out of the game for good. Unless I played off the ball more than PG (I’m a pretty good dribbler/passer and not as good at shooting). ---
