How the hell did I miss this thread? I can borrow the cones from the Autoshop most likely. Those’ will be fine to use we hit them all the time. Oh dang. i just realized we need insurance… uh oh. Basically we need SCCA (or some sanctioned motor sports body) to take us in. I know the SCCA held drift events in Seattle. We can definitely get it started here. I don’t know who I would need to talk to about this. Anyone know? ---

MoHud website. Find Russ (same Russ from the autox) and DJ and email them. DJ = 91RS13 on here. Dont post it on the forum there yet. SCCA guys by nature are whiney old farts ( :eek ) so you’ll want Russ and DJ to support it before you unleash it to the public. Your problems: Getting them to sanction it and put their name/insurance on it and finding a lot big enough to slide cars on. ---

Emailed. I think it may work if they agree with the idea. We need to show interest. here is a link for SCCA events in Seattle [http://nwr-scca.org/drifting/](http://nwr-scca.org/drifting/) I gave them. Hopefully that will show them it is totally possible. ---
