Thanks. I was thinking local, there is plenty around here people would just have to keep their camera phone on hand. Maybe start it as a thread and see where it goes. ---

Instead of limiting it to a ricer of the month you could create a wall of shame and monitor horrible cars in the area, see if others can track the same horrible vehicles down and get more pictures and then vote on the worst ones(after enough examples have been gathered.) ---
