I have the opportunity to rent a very large shop, with parking for eight cars and gated sttorage outside aswell. Access to a hoist and a spray booth here.
Im going to have 4-8-12 month leases avail, for a mere $300 a month. Located in ST. Catherines.
I few members have expressed intrest. I need concrete intrest from two people. A few sonlings are already down.
I will be conducting interviews to intrested tenants. Ive been burned before by letting just anyone in. Now, references would be a great asset aswell. This is a great opportunity for a nice WARM secure place to work on your project or even a place to park a car over winter etc. I will have 4 outside spots avail for $100 a month, in a gated compound.

this isnt in a barn on third st is it?
if it is i would recommend not doing business with him.
