My landlord just had a vacancy in one of our buildings. It’s a 1400 sqft shop, he is looking for 600/month. 14 ft high electric doors, water, bathroom, heat (electric and heat not included in price) etc. If anyone is interested PM me and I will put you in touch with him. 🙂 ---

don i wanna rent this just so i can come over and visit…might want to add how much your utilities usually cost so people can plan ahead ---

Not sure on the utilities that would depend on usage. And my bay is bigger than this.
