When I did the TB install on my teg it had 95k and the inside was very clean very check it out
 ![http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v738/rugsr/IMG_0052.jpg](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v738/rugsr/IMG_0052.jpg)

ive had the car about 20,000miles and ive done oil changes every 3-4k.
it currently has 150k on her.
but i smell a “burnt” smell. cant tell if its coming form the oil or the valve cover gasket. that smells too.

anything i can/should do.

or

just put it back together

thanks

Throw some motor flush in that .That looks like burnt oil sludge coated on your head, this happened in my mx6 after it over heated only ten times worse. After a few motor flushes it was better

you can buy motor flush at any auto parts store (advance, auto zone, pep boys etc). You buy it , turn the car on and pour it into the motor and let it run for 5 mins then turn it off and change the oil.Youll be amazed how much sludge and old oil comes out lol

so you just poor motor flush in where the oil goes right…not to hard.

now if it says pour 1 qt or motor flush and my motor takes 4 qts of oil…does this mean only first put 3 qts of oil and 1 qt of MF taking into consideration the difference of the two…or same amount of oil as normal and just poor the MF, stop being difficult stupid just do it…

which one^

just add it in with your normal oil ( 4 qts) let it run for 5 mins then shut it off and change the oil. There will be directions on the bottle or can of motor flush.

Yes and no. They are not supposed to hurt the engine but anything other than oil in your engine can cause damage over time.
