# Should the "Three Vote to Lock" rule be changed?

By locking it, we can imply that the discussion needs to cool off, or it’s being counter productive.
If people still feel like they need to talk about the matter, they can always start another thread, but most heated arguments calm down after a lock.
Voting is one of the most efficient ways to run big communities, but the party that voted for the side that didn’t win will never be happy about the result.
Just look at our country.

I think it has went well in the past on here, and seems to be doing it’s job.
Mods get distracted sometimes too, and that’s where the members can keep up in check and steer us in the right direction, after all we are just people too.

I don’t really post too much there anymore. Just mainly to either sell stuff or just to mess around. Gotta remember its just a bunch of kids acting like they know everything (although there is a select few members that I actually respect over there. But for the most part its a bunch of n00bs).
