Just making a place for everyone to show off their bumps and bruises, cuts and scrapes. Post a picture of said damage with a brief description of how it happened.
This happened while working, I was coming out of the back of my work van and stepped out without using the grab handles. My foot landed right on the edge of the pavement where it sloped off about 3" to the crushed stone below. When my ankle rolled it made a gut wrenching popping crunch noise and almost caused me to lose my lunch.

I had a similar accident but dammit looking through all my old pics they are gone!
Happened in St Albins VT. Stepped out of the work truck, slipped getting out of the cab (cab over diesel) fell the few feet and landed (all 300+ lbs of me) on my ankle and heard and felt that same horrible popping noise. Had my dog with me so I had to drive all the way home (4 hr drive or so) before going to the ER. Was in SO much damn pain, and my ankle was so swollen that it ripped the laces on my work boots. Went to the ER, no break, just a small fracture and horrible sprain. Doctor told me I would have been better off just breaking it
Still fucking hurts every now and then and this was 6 or so years ago

I do have these though:
Fell through a small floor grate at a bar in albany back in december
I still have a bump under the skin and a probably 3’‘x6’’ section of my thigh that is numb.
I am also banned from several albany bars due to pending litigation because the bar owners are claiming they have no responsibility

Burned myself at the Sauna in Miami during Spring Break 2011. Was walking towards the door of a particular room while talking to a friend and tapped my shoulder against the boiler that was in the corner of the room:
This metal clip or whatever it’s called sliced by finger cause I wasn’t thinking what I doing and had another stupid moment :lol. It was just free-spinnin so I tried jammin a screw driver into it to keep it from doing so while I use an air tool to get the bolt out. Well, everything didn’t go as planned and my hand got sliced by it lol.
I don’t get hurt often, but when I do, it’s either serious or something that was a result of just not thinking something through lol.

Only pics are of the good ones, which are on film in a dr. office i dont have access to right now.
My wife has a good one though. Skiied for 10+ years, all it took was one snowboarding lesson! lol
It doesn’t hurt till the bone shows, pussys! LOL

I had my ACL replaced with part of my hamstring and my meniscus permanently sutured together.

im pretty sure i’ve sprained my left wrist 3 separate times. got some nasty road rash all up my leg from going uphill on a dirtbike that was way too powerful for me. smashed my balls into 2 or 3 separate rails.

Yup mine too, completely torn ACL and my MCL and LCL were both strained (Stretched) and I had little bone chips floating around from where the sides of my knee joint crushed against itself. I found my surgery pictures haha.
