My inner child wants to go to check out the madness, but my adult side says no, lol. What do you guys think about picking a date and going with a large number of NYSpeed people? We’d take the Choda approach and try to at least have our own “clean” section. It was years ago but I remember they reserved an area for us as a group for NYSpeed. The only problem with that was all the kids thinking we’re in some sorta “club” here… _“y0 dems in dat NYSpeed club! Day got a LOTUS!”_ :ham: ---

Hahahahahaha… wtf is wrong with people. You go to a car meet to find that people are keying cars, kicking them, putting hands all over other peoples cars. On top of the car situation… people throwing punches, knifing, etc. Everyone is going for the same purpose. To check out cars, talk, and have a drink. People need to grow the fuck up and act mature. This will end up keeping me away from the track with my car, and eventually myself in fear of getting shot by a gun missing its intended target. after walking through this shit show last week, which was the first one i ever went to, i dont think i will ever go back. I was just strolling through the rows of cars looking for people i knew or whatever and there was so much asshating going on. At least three times i saw people taking pictures of their friends on what i thought was a car they actually owned. In reality these people were just sitting down on the hoods and trunks of other peoples cars. I dont have the type of self control that others have shown on here. If i were to go to my car and see some fucking idiot sitting on my hood, with jeans on and a chain wallet after i just paid a few thousand dollars to paint my car i would fucking snap. I understand that by taking my car to a “show” people may be near it or whatever. But i had scratches on my car that actually needed to be professionally buffed out after attending last week. ---

The worst that ever happened to me (when I actually used to park on the track) was when I came back and saw a white trash idiot leaning on my hood and smoking, ashes flying all over my car. That and the clusterfuck it was to get out of there the first night ended it for me. ---

I took autobody and am very anal about anyone touching my car, let alone leaning on it or things dangling. I hear you on that. I have a lot of self control, but when it comes to people being stupid, intentionally messing things up. I will snap, and I will fuck something up. I’d prefer not to, but just last week, My mazda for sale, someone through a fucking giant rock at it while driving by. Put 5 gashes in the hood down to metal and indented. I have absolutely no dents or scratches besides one scratch on the bumper. I was livid about this being I’m not even driving the fucking thing right now ---

Well said and played I think when we went it was more of a mature night last night was fucked up for sure, but I must say it’s something to do what hell else is their to do in this fucking town that’s free And I like the NYSPEED idea or at least give every person that parks in the NYSPEED section a NYSPEED sticker ---
