So I sent the Turbo to Michigan turbo, They said they cant fix it b/c they only use Aluminum seal plates. They then directed me to Turbonetics saying it was there turbo? I call them and ask a few questions. They tell me to send it with a none refundable $100 and they will inspect it and tell me what needs to be done. If it rebuild able its an automatic $290 for labor not including parts. Then they went on to say if the shaft is the older one (smaller then 1/4") they cant help me. Looks like I am in the turbo market. Can anyone tell me for sure what turbo this was? I think it was a T3/T67? If so I need a T3 series flanged turbo right? Like I said the bearing looked ok, So maybe Ill just file down the wheel and bolt it back together with stronger bolts?
