im not fixing anything, im taking off the pieces of wood that are loose…

and i just did it, took all of 4.5 minutes. all you had to do was stand there, look up and grab. not hard. altho its more work then what phibbs gave you.

And btw i got a call my family laywer today, the company is fixing it plus i get my money back. woooooooooooooooooooot.
