I would “love” to see him try. I have plenty of friends in the NYS Troopers, as well as family in Ballston Spa PD.
I got the VIN and found the lien holder. I’m calling them now…institution is closed right now…

Denying he got the check and the guy comes through with a PM from Travis AND a signed check from a bank in Clifton Park
