I wouldn’t say fucked, but again going back to my previous post this has been nothing but a waste of time for me which is worse that most anything to me. I don’t like being lied to, especially by someone whom I’ve extended my assistance, time, location, services, etc at no cost in an effort to help that person get back on their feet.

The car now has a mechanics lien on it for the bank for holding purposes. It’s not allowed to leave the grounds here until the bank sends an adjuster for the chassis and decides what will be done.

This is going by the book as of now. I’m sick of being dicked around by people. If he had just told the truth form the beginning it would never have come to this. Had I know someone was still making payments on the car I would never have allowed the chassis to reside here from the start.
