Saw a white Evo MR on bronze wheels with a shocker decal in the back window on central sorta near Taft around 5pm. Anyone on here?

Is there an STi Subaru Forester or something? I swear thats what this was on 88. Blue with gold wheels, foglight covers, looked lowered maybe too

Saw big red (i think) heading south on 87 near exit 13. Was a red mk2 coupe with wheels. Around 8ish tonight.
