There are 9 ferraris registered to the same address in saratoga. John Breyo. Owner of Ayco. He is probly one of our best customers. Has the biggest house on the East Coast which is actually in Saratoga. More Square footage than a Super Walmart. It has an 18 car garage and helipad. I can’t wait for the day someone builds a bigger house. Being the person he is he will be really pissed. ---

His garage is pretty much bigger than anyones house on here. Ayco has actually become what keeps Saratoga alive. Its not the track anymore. I have a friend who is a secretary there. No college degree, they started her at $34000 a year ---

Theres always some nice looking girls/women going in and out of the building. I heard that the owner wont let anybody near his house, not even tax assessors so nobody knows exactly what its worth. ---

yeah a 61,000sq ft house is kind of ridiculous. they **estimate** the fair market value of the house around 24mil. can only be seen by helicopter. if you see a yellow enzo around it is probably him. ive also heard he ordered 2 veyrons, just to say he had TWO. you can try and google 51 winding brook drive, that is where the house is located. ---

saw a black civic si 4 door just like mine but he had some sort of exhaust, time attack style rims, and the red jdm badges, looked real nice, he was pullin into hvcc this morning ---

yeah its a clean car for sure, I’d take different rims for mine, but definitly a thumbs up ride :nod exhaust sounded nice to I wonder what he has, I didnt catch up to him before he turned and I was a little late to class so I didnt ask him myself ---
