There is a very clear difference between one and the other, but not everyone will agree. Everyone has their opinion on what a word may mean (especially racial slang). True meaning? Heh. Undereducated/ignorant/trash comes to mind. I know what he meant, perhaps he should have just said ignorant ghetto scum? Lol. ---

Blue 350Z dumped on mesh wheels, I was coming off of I-87 taking a left onto Western Ave and he was waiting at the light going towards Stuyvesant Plaza/ downtown ALB. Gave him a honk, we exchanged waves, then I romped on the VQ to let him know what was up :nod :lol ---
