most of the 02-03 954s I have seen were red and black. I only seen a hand full of silver or charcoal and black ---

If I cant build it and I have to worry 90% of the time I drive it that I’m going to get yanked for the many reasons it’s not in code, why do I own it. (no front plate, exhaust, etc etc) ---

Drive it more. Drive it hard until you dont care how dirty it is. Then rip out everything mint in it, cage it, and race it. No seriously, dont do that. It’s a terrible downward spiral. ---
