What year was the Camaro SS? This kid Chris I know has a newer one that he built up over the winter. The thing does wheelies in the street no problem. ---

Oooo, in that case, keep an eye out for an insane silver R32 GT-R Skyline on “the strip.” I talked to the guy last year and the car is just plain nuts. You’ll know when you see it because it’s the loudest car I’ve ever heard haha. ---

Well this kid is running a big single turbo on his LS1. I think its one of few single turbos in the country. He doesn’t live locally, but still comes to the Valley 1 or 2 times a year. Sadly, his dad passed away a couple years ago, so he left his project (2001 SS) to Chris and his brother. Before he died, his dad built the motor himself. I know its cammed and has a purple roll cage, but I’m not sure of any other specs on the car… other than it sees the road very sparingly and the only time he is in the area is to visit friends. I think he lives in Newburgh or something. You might know my cousin’s ex-bf (also Chris). He has a purple-ish 3rd gen with newer corvette wheels and a big block crate motor. He said he used to drag on Washington ave. ---
