It’s about the fact that the lights are RED, and the law states "red lights are to only be on the rear of the car to exclusively symbolize “braking” or the “back-of-car” ---

There are some things that are an almost guarenteed pull over, examples being speeding, reckless driving, headlights/tail lights out, no stickers or plates on vehicles ext… Things like window tint, red/blue lights, neon lights ext are things that vary depending on the cop that sees you… I’ve have neon lights under my vehicle that were in “disco” mode meaning flashing all diff colors rapidly and have had police officers stare and talk to there co worker passengers about it and just drive away. I have also had my halos in for about a month now and have only been pulled over once meanwhile I must have passed 3 dozen… Im not gonna lie and say they said the same thing about the neons as with the halos but im SURE they took notice. ---

I’ve also had tinted head lights/tail lights on a bunch of my cars and never got pulled over either, pretty sure thats illegal too. Again, it all depends on the cop and imo the time of the month you pass a cop… I know others say there is no quota but besides people telling me otherwise it DEF seems like theres ALOT more pulling people over towards the END of the month more then any other time. ---
