Whether its in the ‘Rulebook’ or not : **Any red/blue light emitted from the front of your car is for emergency vehicles only** _this goes for marker lights/leds/HEADLIGHT HALOS/turn signals/parking lights etc_ If you pulled up behind a CPD car or trooper, with those halos on only, I find it hard to believe they _wont care_ Its not about the law thinking those are your actual lights for visibility.
