That’s CustomLowz. He’s got an 01 I think. I think he’s just tinted and lowered with a system. When I met him, he had stock rims on. You can’t miss my car. It’s the brightest car on the road, even in the day time, since my lights are ALWAYS on (I like the look of them on in the day time).
