okay here 95 integra is from my credit union… with my truck bike and the integra… pay all the payment the same time… same account… she could take money from it if i kept it in there… anyway… i want that car out of my bank… and she says no… bla bla ill just pay for it… well if im not going to be with her i don t want to see any statemnets… with her skanky name on it… so from my understanding i gotta go to the court house and get a hearing set up… and what happens is she has to get another loan to pay it off or she has to sell the car… anyone dealt with this? before!! im going threw this at age 22!!! ANOTHER THING… my dog… its been my dog since i brought it home! im not giving her up as she is my baby and became an awsome pitt… loves people now! she went and got it licensed when i was at work so its in her name NOW… the owners of it gave it to me and told me they would go to court with me as a witness… chances of me keeping my dog! i can t loose her!! fwiw- i went to the guys house and talked to him… :blah: ---

more i think about it… this cars in my name and she cosigned… thats the way it looks on paper/// the title work was done in her name though at the dealer ---

sell the integra for what you still owe on it and pay it off… once she sees you are selling it she will either a) offer to buy it from you, thus clearing you of everything, or b) not do anything thus giving you a car to sell… hell, if you sell it, you might even make a little bit of $$$ from it depending on what you owe! as for the dog, make it hate her then she won’t want to keep it… ---
