My girlfriend’s parents live in Natrona Heights, and there’s TONS of rice there. I’ve seen them hang out at the plaza with their parking lights (blue of course) on. Indiana and Blairsville are bad, but you have to see Johnstown on the weekend. Ask Sailor. It’s horrible. ---
