The tenants that have been living in my basement for the past 7 years have moved out and have made the space available for rent again.

I’m posting this here on SON first instead of advertising it anywhere else.

Details are as followed:

- Single floor basement
- 2 big bedrooms
- Full living room (no furniture)
- Full kitchen WITH appliances
- Nicely sized washroom
- One big sliding door closet, and various other sized ones throughout the basement
- Walk in area
- Private side entrance on house WITH gate

Very roomy and kept in peak condition!

The price is $1000 (including utilities) a month.

Screenings will be made as this is my actual house and **0 shaddyness will be tolerated.** My father will be doing ALL of the meetings and open house visits, this will NOT include myself other than the advertisement and vouch.
