Any lawyer who can zip his pants will be able to get the cost of bike and medical from her, only problem is they will take a percentage of what you get.
Talk to any injury/collision lawyer and let them know what happened and know what your are seeking, they will tell you what they can do.
Honestly you will go through 4-5 attourneys till you find one that will do what you want. It will be a few hours work but you will get the $ for your bike back.
