Nyspeed is my home page. Every time I open IE it takes forever to load NYspeed however any other site pops up immediately when selected. Is there a reason for the delay or my computer? Thanks 🙂 Don ---

NYSpeed does the same thing for me. How long is “forever” 10 seconds? Does it take longer to open the IE window? Or just load the page? ---

try loading about:blank as your starting homepage. and then tell me how long it takes to load nyspeed. ---

It didn’t take long but like i said its just when I open my laptop, allow the signal to make a connection, then open a browser, it says wevsite found and the status bar ticks away slowly. If I decide to open something in history it goes right away. ---

Ok. This site is taking extremely long to load between pages. Everytime I click on something it takes at least 30 seconds to open the next page, there is a message at the bottom of the page that says “waiting for…” while the page is loading. I assume this is a problem on part of the server as every other site on the internet works for me just fine. Also another thing I have noticed is that when I click on someones name in a thread and select send xxx user a PM, when the PM screen comes up the name is no longer selected in the box. I have to manually enter the name? Not that big of a deal just a little annoying. Anyhow, here’s some feedback. ---

and that post quick reply took 12 seconds… EDIT: this post took for ever…and instead of posting the quick reply it sent me to a redirect page then back here total time of 45 seconds. ---

It does appear that the server is lagging a bit today. probably not something related to this site. The PM issue came up after the upgrade and should be a simple fix. I will get that back together today. ---
