Are people missing the point here, he was DT drinking went to his friends house after partying had a good old time and was like fuck Im a little tired I can pass a breathalyser I think I will drive home before I pass out.

Your fucking lucky you didnt kill someone. Next time use your fucking head or it might end up in the windshield.
