So I ask the clerk if they had them in back or something. He looked at me like I was mormon or something for not knowing about it. Please Obama, give the Slim Jim company some money to rebuild this factory. I am thinking of starting a petition, or maybe a facebook page to help out. I believe there may have been fowl play involving the chicken lovers. For those not in the know, mechanically separated chicken is the second tasty ingredient in gods gift to man in tube form. (grammar nazi’s, that was a pun) ---

I believe the ones we have been eating for the last couple of months were old stock, but thats ok. Old/stale slim jims have more “snap”, and are less greasy… they age like a steak, or a fine wine. ---

I got food poisoning from a slim jim 16 years ago and haven’t had once since. Funny how 24 straight hours of vomiting will make you stop liking a food permanently. ---

^ Booze is a different story though. I’ve had all day hangovers before and still drink, but to this day I still have zero desire to eat a slim jim and prior to that day 16 years ago I liked them. ---
