slipknots’ alright, but they need what like 9 members when most bands’ music can sound like that with 4 or 5. ---

Are you kidding me? Slipknot is FULL of talent. Joey is a very very good drummer along with playing both guitar and bass professionally. Both Jim and Mick and incredible guitarists. I forgot where I read it, but their first album was stuffed full of solos and the lable took them out of the final versions. The music they make does not mean they don’t have talent, but this is the sound they are after. ---

lol@ you two ^^ if everyone agreed on music, there wouldn’t be different genres. understand that and STFU. As already said, your arguments are 100% opinion based. Whether a band has talent, or a band produces music you like are 2 different things. All of your arguments are just they dont produce music you like. You have never really said why, except for the double bass, but unless you’ve listened to ‘metal’/‘hardcore’ music, thats nothing new, and almost expected (Chimaira…) Even though you dont want to admit it, Slipknot, as a band, has and still is, put out some good music worth listening to. ---
