# slumlords? Friend needs residence.

Got a friend, she needs a place to move. Basic 1 bdrm, no offspring, no pets (alergies). Somewhat limited budget, renting a room/co habitation is an option. Works in the northtowns, so central location would be more ideal vs. southtowns.

How soon is the expected completion date? She’s not homeless now, just laying ground-work for a move and not currently bound by a lease.
