That’s not a smart car. That’s the Daimler-Chrysler city thing. It’s electric. It’s like a fancy golf cart. ---

GEM car not the same as a Smart car, i had a GEM for a week or two, back when NYS was offering a $3k rebate on them. fun for driving around at the glen, street legal golf cart. Not fun, practical with a top speed governed at 20mph. lead acid electric rechargeable car. ---
