Thanks Steve … I appriciate it dude. I sort of need that boost gauge LOL. But I do have a regular Autometer phantom 0-60 psi boost gauge if you need one. ---

Depends on the class … But the gearing on the sled has more effect than the weight ---

What Mike means by gearing is how fast the weight moves to the front of the sled. ---

Yeah its not so much the weight as it is a combanation of things. The weight of the box, the speed of the box going forward putting down pressure on the pan, Some sleda have bars that come out of the bottom of the pan, and these can be set different depths to aid in the stoping power of the sled. On some sleds the operator can apply the wheel brakes as well if your on his shit list and they dont want you to do well!!! So ya ready to pull yet mike? ill give ya 5 bucks to hit the car wash afterwards if ya want!!! ---

Pulls wont happen tomorrow anyways … But … I will never hook my truck, I have zero interest in ever hooking. I attend all of the pulls that I can, and enjoy watching because I know so many people and what not, but I wont ever hook. ---

I wont ever hook to a sled … thats forsure. Drag racing I like … but being a stick truck (especially with the nv4500 tranny) Im fucked in that department … It will never pull impressive times.
