If I want to drink, and not be around smoke I have plenty of choices. If I dislike loud engines/exhausts, I probably shouldn’t go to PRP on a Wed night, but join the vespa club instead. There are cabs you can smoke in, and ones you can’t. It works well now, I think anytime we can avoid new laws, we are better off. Just think of all the time and tax dollars that have already been wasted on this stupid issue. People should let their actions speak for them. Don’t like the smoke in a cheap bar in the Southside?
