I mean these people made the choice to drive into a storm, get stuck then abandon their vehicles where they made getting the roads open impossible without someone else doing all the work to free their vehicle. ---

Flip the situation and ask them to do their job for free out of the kindness of their hearts because there are people in need and I bet they would get pissed. ---

Sad part about the people complaining is that they wouldn’t expect the paramedics and plow drivers to be working for free. They just have disdain for tow truck companies so they lash out. ---
