a person doesnt have to appear to be totaly intoxicated … you can refuse to sell them beer simply because u smell a lil alky on their breath
ive gone to the store drunk b4 to buy alky … and i know the only reason i got away w/ it is because the clerk KNEW FOR A FACT that i walked there from just around the corner
heres a great idea … sell a drunk some alky … so that when on his way home he misses a turn, slamms into the side of a house and kills a sleeping family of 4, the cops find the beer and receipt from YOUR STORE … yea … that would go over well … especialy when the family sues you for his drunken mistake

heh, in my “ideal world”, every human being who drink even a sip or a drop of alcohol, should NOT permitted to touch any car key…they should be grounded at home where the chance of harming other unknown innocent people is close to zero…

someone already mentioned it, but here’s the simplest form of NYS law which allows the sale of alcohol:
-valid ID proving an age of 21+ (a fake ID looking real is NOT valid; you using your brother’s real ID is not valid; your expired “real” ID is not valid)
-must appear sober (if there is even a SMELL of alcohol, refuse the sale)
-only during “drinking hours” (8am-3am during the week, noon-3am on sundays)
of course, you don’t know for sure if they’re drunk because you don’t have a breathalyzer. You can always have fun with the guy and ask, “What was Mickey Mouse, a cat or a dog?” If he has to think more than 5 seconds, he’s drunk. 🙂
IMO: drinking age should be back down to 18. You can vote and die for your country when your 18-20, why shouldn’t you be able to drink?

steel reserve 40’s for everyone 18-20 … its beer with training wheels … because if you abuse the steele reserve, you get hit by the steel reserve train …
that shit is one of the best ways to wind up landing face down on the glass coffee table …

Cops arrest Corey for selling Crafty/Other beer

i came to the party in a horrible mood, went intending to drink till i was happy but i couldnt bring my sellf to drink more then like 2 beers, took a nap on the chair, people start throwing stuff at me to irritate me more, and the person i cought got coated in pop
i went for a walk, calmed down, came back and appologized to the 3 people i got wet, 2 of them accepted it … he ignored me …
cardnal rule of fucking with a pissed off person is expect to get it right back

It seems like only people that buy steel reserve are about 35-50, probably single, probably coming home from work, and probably won’t get nearly drunk off of the shit.
Some lady the other week asked me if Natty Ice or Keystone Light was better, since they were both on sale for the same price. I just looked at her like you don’t want that, you’re too old to live your life drinking cheap beer…
