WTF IS SKIP SHIFT?
sounds like ppl are looking to remove it from their cars? is that the shifting lockout like was on the vetts that make you shift to lets say… 1st to 3rd to save gas?

is there a cheap and easy way to get rid of this? like maybe ‘hotwiring’ something?

If you drive it like a man, you’ll never run into skip shift. lol Mine happened once since I’ve had it. My foot has been in it ever since.
Oh, and replace that spaghetti shifter.

There is an easy module you install. Use your internet skills and do some searching.

ive only had it happen a couple times as well. it seems like it when someone is in front of you at a light and they take off really slow then it does it.

u can buy a 25c. resistor and do some wiring, or buy a $50 eliminator piggyback, or tuning software…or, like butch said, dont drive it like a puss, and it wont engage

Why wouldn’t it be for the 04’s? same engine and way more weight = slower.
the LS2 GTO vs LS1 vette matchup is a driver’s race.
