1900 sq ft Ranch Duplex 3+ garage 1991 Basement has 20x16 family room My First house! I have the smaller side but I dont need much room right now and its more then enough for me and when the gf is over.I have a pretty cool tenant who is a minister.Both sides are 2 bedroom and 1 side has a half bath in the basement.Inside is a little outdated but i will soon be updating the electrical and throwing a panel in the garage to get some projects going. Only thing on the line is your credit score…don’t sweat it. It’s something you can walk away from if shit hits the fan…unlike the student debt so many have. 😉
