yeah, i was hoping for more of a raise (i got .$50), but I guess im happy with what Im at. Should be getting ~ 400/week at the minimum working 6 days. prolly closer to 450.

nah. I mean they told me that they had the intention of promoting me, but they made it official today. They just didnt want to pay me the extra .50/hr in the off season, which I can understand, cause up until this weekend theres only 1 person on at a time, and it doesnt make much sense to pay someone to supervise themself.
Ill still officially be in training until memorial day, but i already know the ins and outs of the job. I dont think its really gonna be that much of a change except now Iโll have official authority when i boss people around.

dude get the fuck out of there. my boy went to college to learn how to manage a hotelโฆ took a job, worked hard, and when an asst manager position came up after 2 years A HOUSEKEEPER GOT IT CAUSE SHE HAD SENIORITY!!!
Iโm glad you got the bump up but i heard shit like what happened to my boy is pretty common in your line of work. โน
