# so i wanna make a machete...any blacksmiths here?

If you’r still interested i’ll c If I can find the plans for the coal pit/fire place thingy whatever the fuck it was called that I had built.
Heat control is real simple too. Essentially i had a fan blowing into a gated duct. It worked like a charm.

i have heard the omish do realy good house work for dirt cheap. like roofs and such. I need to find an omish guy that looks like jon rambo to show me how to make a machete.

LMAO For sure. Really though just read up on it a little. Its hard work but the theory is not that hard to grasp. Ultimately your just welding 3 planks of metal together. That actually depends on the forging method you use and what your making a blade for.
My dad once made a die dye however the hell you spell it. To re thread an axle housing on an old ass truck. Used a hunk of metal, a lathe, some heat, and some sort of oil dip bath to harden the metal. The thing actually worked too.
