you can use [epassporte.com](http://epassporte.com) right now to transfer funds, until the US govt figures a way to shut them down too. they work directly with both stars and full tilt… only drawback is it takes them about 7-10 days to get the money in there for you… and they charge a fee, usually between 2 to 5 bucks.

i tried using my hsbc credit/debit card… directly on stars… hsbc declined it, and then put a freeze on my account until i called complaining. they warned me that im not allowed to use it for online gambling, i said too bad - since the transaction obviously didnt go through - unfreeze my funds NOW. lol
