And COD4 was unbearable. About a week ago, between the hours of 10pm and 3am, I was able to sucessfully play 2 full games of Sabotage without getting kicked or waiting 30+ minutes for it to “Set up the game…” ---

there is a class action suite against MS and Xbox live too.
