Disclaimer: I didn’t read the thread, other than the original post. I just came off of a 2 week no coffee, no caffeine, no alcohol diet restriction per doctors orders. I had two cups of coffee about 2 hours ago and I’m shaking like a fucking leaf. It’s almost scary. ---

i’ll usually drink 4 cups or so in the morning. follow it with a cup on the way to work from some coffee place. followed with a mix of coffee or rockstars throughout the rest of the day. i also smoke heavily and probably drink more than i really should. yes i have issues, and yes, you’re more of a man than me fry for quitting. ---
