7:30 am and 6:30 pm like clockwork depending on how well the 7:30 showing goes there is a mid-day performance as well ---

That’s a lot of coffee! I drink 1 cup of Iced Coffee a day at most and I’m usually pretty wired. I can’t imagine drinking 8. ---

So it’s been over a week without a drop of caffein. I still get a slight headache in the morning, but it’s not bad and only lasts like half an hour. I had a constant headache for about the first 3 days or so. The groggy feeling only lasted about 2 days. Here’s the kicker: I feel a lot better. I have a ton more energy now. :shrug: Any time I feel groggy, when I used to reach for another cup, I just yawn and stretch and grab a glass of water and within a few minutes I feel fine. I’d highly recommend quitting to any other caffein junkies. ---

Do you mean one 8 oz cup, or one 24 oz. cup? Drinking out or large cups is the easiest way to deny any problem 🙂 ---
