He came from the lane to my left to enter to the gas station on my right…so really, he can’t turn into a lane if it’s not clear to do so, plain and simple. Thank goodness for my witness. He was crossing the street and saw everything from 20 feet away, even took pics and flipped me his business card. I found it odd that the police officer at the collision center wasn’t interested in the witness information, is that normal?
