Don…what was the [date](http://69.42.87.214/cgi-bin/ezlclk.fcgi?id=6718) of when the [wheel](http://69.42.87.214/cgi-bin/ezlclk.fcgi?id=10507) was replaced?  
:edit: “it’s jim” drop it going into a retail store and acting like an asshole will NOT get you anything. Theres a difference between being stern with them and just letting them know alittle customer service can go along way. (mention your a dj and have bragged about how much you loved the ipod, also that you have shared your “great experiance” with others)  
kill them with kindness it generally works alot better …

just be firm yet convincing

lol. when someone’s an asshole to me at my work they don’t get shit. what you think this is? granted i work retail, but i will not demean myself for a few hundred dollars.

I work retail as well and I don’t feel like I need to be an asshole. I might be a bit pushy, but not a huge asshole.

Alright, well if my shit’s done for and I can’t pull a few of the workarounds off, I’ll get your iPod.
