(i could be wrong about this…i’m nowhere near a lawyer…)

i don’t think he could do anything if he walked in… unlawful search.

if he gave you shit afterwards, your lawyer can say “how did you receive the knowledge that darkstar was a bong-tokin’ pimp?” and he would be fucked because the knowledge he received by going into your room is inadmissable.

but mike being an adult, wouldn’t he either have to consent to search or his mother would have to be legally compelled to let the cop search as she is his de facto landlord?
